Steve Lacy - The Crust - (Emanem, UK)

A good one, with Derek Bailey in the band - and not available in full on CD.

I thought it was spread out over a couple different CDs, but I could be wrong.

Part of it is on the CD reissue of Saxophone Special, but I think that's all that's out there on CD. Edited by jeffcrom

Steve Lacy - The Crust - (Emanem, UK)

A good one, with Derek Bailey in the band - and not available in full on CD.

I thought it was spread out over a couple different CDs, but I could be wrong.

Part of it is on the CD reissue of Saxophone Special, but I think that's all that's out there on CD.

The Bailey/Stevens track is also on Fairly Early With Postscripts.

There were two other tracks on the LP, "The Crust". One full track and one partial track are on Derek Bailey's "Fairly Early With Postscripts" (Emanem 4027 CD)
