It's called Procession, released in 1983. It's the first Weather Report album after Jaco Pastorius, Peter Erskine, and Robert Thomas Jr. left the band. They were replaced by Victor Bailey, Omar Hakim, and José Rossy. It's an excellent album, IMO. Quote
