If these ones do not sound great, could anybody tell us what are the best BN reissues? I jave just started listening to LPs and there is no way I can afford BN originals on Ebay. They cost a fortune! What are the best BN reissues and where do you get them from?

Yes, England - Argentina was a very good game. England scored two goals in the last 5 minutes of the game to edge it (Owen twice) but Argentina played very well too. Games between these two countries are never friendly and both teams really went for it. Great match.

It seems to me that prices of Mosaic sets have gone done significantly in the past two months. Even sets such as the Larry Young, Mc Lean, Art Blakey, Andrew Hill, Shorty Rogers, Phil Woods, Maynard Ferguson etc are selling for much less than they used to a few months ago! Any idea why?

I managed to grab this one on ebay for $20 (new!) and I love every second of it. I didn't think I would enjoy Dexter Gordon more than on his Blue Note sessions but I did not know this stuff existed. This is a must have for me!

Are you asking about the 80s-90s vinyl reissues? I had a few until I replaced them with CD reissues of one sort of the other, and I can tell you that like the mini-LP JRVGs, they are total facsimiles of the originals. That is, everything is in English, and there is an insert with Japanese translations inside. ← Yes, I meant the Japanese reissues . Thanks for your help!

Sorry Jazzbo, this is not the set I was thinking of. I meant the set MR6-140 (Complete Master Jazz Piano series) which has been out of print for a long time now. Thanks anyway. This one is also in my target list.

How good is this set? I can't find any topic on it. What do you think of the music? If anybody could post the discography, it would be fab. I have the oportunity to buy the LP set but I am not quite sure about the music on this set and what a fair price would be. Thanks
