I have just ordered three Selects: Art Pepper, David Liebman and Johnny Richards. A bit of a mixed bag with very different styles.I hope I won't be disappointed with the Liebman set. I listened to the audio clips and I liked what I heard.

I ordered the 1953 set today.(purple box). This one seems to be more amd more difficult to find (especially on the different Amazon websites). This is the first box of that series I am buying. Hope it is a good one!

Yikes! I haven't bought any Fantasy, OJC stuff for a very long time. I am reading this thread and it feels like I am missing a lot of good music I have never considering buying. I don't even know where to start and as I am now converted to vinyl, it makes it even worse. Prestige original LPs sell for a fortune on Ebay and they are very scarce. What are the OJC reissues that you can find on the True Blue website like?

Glad to see that the Jazz Piano mood set is still in the 'running low' category. Just popped in an internet cafe in Reykjavik (Iceland) to check there was still time to order it and that Soulstation hadn´t posted his lethal Procratinator picture. I will definitely order this set as soon as I am back in the UK!
