Bought the LOA edition of Philip Dick's 1960's novels, and just finished The Man in the High Castle , which turned out to a very interesting book, better then I remembered when I read it almost twentyfive years ago. Looking forward to reading the other three novels. My only caveat about the LOA edition is that it could have printed another novel very easily, it clocks in at 780 pages.

If anyone likes small group swing, Jazz at the Pawnshop is an amazing sacd to have; sound is the best I've heard, and the music is very nice also.

Went to the link and the price is now $29.99. I'm really tempted to get it at that price. How is the readability of this for those who have it?

I did get all the Stones sacds, especially when I heard they were going OOP. I thinks they sound great, despite what some say on that "audiophile" forum. I have a couple of the PT DVD-A's, but my problem is that my universal defaults to multi-channel, and I can't figure out how to get just the PCM stereo. Oh well, the regular cds sound fine....

What's interesting is, supposedly John McLaren is buddy-buddy with Ichiro, which by all reports, Hargrove was not, in fact the relationship was kind of icy. Yes, Fearless Leader was remastered, and the upcoming ones will be also. I prefer the big box mastering to the new one, just my lousy opinion. As one who got the big box cheap cheap cheap last year, I love your lousy opinion so much I refuse to listen to any other! Remember, I also got Fearless Leader free because I was a winner in the Concord contest running about the same time. The Trane has been looking out for me this year.

Great Job Jim and did I miss this place when it ws down. One thing that happened to me, I can't get to the forum through Foxfire/Mozilla (I'm using Opera right now). Is that just me? or is it one of the bugs that needs to be worked out?
