  19. 12 degrees and snow. Still winter! A big deer in the back yard did not seem to mind. I didn’t stay out long though. . . wow. . . the cold just sits on your skin and takes root. Starting off with some very old, very dear music. Miles Davis “Big Fun” Columbia 2 LP, “Ife” Sounding excellent with the new upgrade to the Rega turntable setup.
  20. Double that price is a lot! She's never done anything for me, but I know she's important. I wish they could price these things so that those who really really want them didn't have to hesitate or get a loan or hold up a shop to have one.
  21. I have never been a fan. . . but that does not at all seem an "unreasonable" price for a 19 cd set (220-230 that I have seen).
  22. Thanks. Me too! Hope we don't get snow until I do. .. shoveling snow in this cold (15 to 25 degree F highs) is not going to help.
  23. No need to apologize, just wondered. I'm fighting off a cold and not at my best yesterday and today.
  24. He's a "trumpeter". I didn't notice that cut and paste typo, thought you were questioning the first name or such. Sorry. Doesn't seem funny to me. From the discogs page: Jazz trumpet player and songwriter based in Brooklyn, NY, grandson of Chico O'Farrill, son of composer and pianist Arturo O'Farrill and pianist Alison Deane, brother of percussionist Zack O'Farrill.
