Not sure if anyone from Germany can help me on this one, but I did hear from the seller and he will ship internationally. The only problem is how to bid on the item (my US ebay username and password don''t work on the German site) and how to get the money to him. He doesn't speak much English, and I took Spanish in high school so trying to communicate directly is proving difficult. Anyhow, if anyone has any ideas, let me know. I'd be happy to pay a commission to anyone who could help broker a deal. Thanks!

I have this set on order, too. (it's waiting to ship when the Toshiko Akiyoshi/Lew Tabackin set is released. I also would love to have the original cover art with mosaic sets. Both for the aesthetic properties, and for the more practical reason that, if I knew the covers, I might not re-buy the music on a reissue, forgetting I had it as part of the set Perhaps someone could start a thread for each mosaic set that would contain scans of all the covers!

Guess I'm not the only one not a fan of this set I'll leave it here for another day, then go the ebay route.

Got the PM and replied! The odd thing is that I can't order the set for $19.99, they have to wait for the distribution center to send them a replacement. However, the clerk at the store said that they still have more in the warehouse, so, as long as I buy them, they will keep getting more in. And they keep getting more! There are now two copies at my local store, so, if you'd still like a cheap set, let me know.

I was asleep at the wheel, but I finally ordered the CD today. Can't wait to hear it!

This is the third time I've heard about this charge, and the hold charge hotels use, but I've never ONCE met anyone who has been affected by this. Could it happen? I guess. I've just never seen it in real life. (just like I've never met anybody who's had their identity "stolen.") Sure, someone years ago tried to use my credit card in Vegas, but they couldn't and I wasn't out a cent. Hmmm...perhaps nobody wants my identity!

Our Borders here in New Hampshire is also gutting their CD section. I didn't even bother to go when I got the 40% off coupon. We do have a fairly new Newbury comics store that recently received a good shipment of OJCs for $3.99. Other that that there is a small independent that I avoid because they sell pseudo-legal drug paraphernalia, and there is a Best Buy whose selection is a joke. For the most part it's online buying for me.
