I just saw this about bob's passing. The firstnI've heard of it. I did many recordings for his labels, some as sideman and some as leader or co-leader. I also only became aware of his 'problems' in the past year or two. I can only hope his legacy focuses more on the artists and music he helped get a modicum of recognition than on his past problems. mat marucci
