  11. *Flag on the play* As tempting as it may be, I think it's better for the longevity of the thread to allow only one song at a time. I enjoy the constant back-and-forth of seeing someone else's post and trying to recall another title from memory. With that said, I don't think many of us will live to see the day that this thread is exhausted of songs.
  12. "Blues Up and Down" - Gene Ammons, Sonny Stitt

  23. As a sister thread to the song names with colour thread, let's post any songs played or written by Jazz musicians that have blue in the title. I am unsure whether this list should be limited to songs that are the blues or any song that has blue in the title. I also think it might be better to only allow one song per post/until someone else posts, to limit one person from ruining all the fun in one go. I'll start with: "Blues-Blues-Blues" - Freddie Redd Edit: I have made a Spotify playlist of all the songs mentioned in this thread. I will try to keep it updated.
  24. Yeah maybe I will make a separate thread for songs with blue, I would enjoy seeing a list of all them together. Violets is a good one, sneaky. "Brown Sugar" - Freddie Roach
