  4. Here's one that's a little bigger, best I could do... Edit: Still not as big as Smell The Glove (above), drat!! Bigger one: http://omploader.org/vMXpnbQ/cover_b.svg
  5. I was talking about the lack of native html support to which you replied that the Kindle does support html natively - which is not the case. So, obviously you don't really know what you're talking about. As I stated before: I'm not interested in this proprietary control freak bullshit platform which Kindle is. So, enjoy your Kindle and if it's doing the stuff you want: perfect!
  6. It's beyond me why someone wants to support a platform that wants to "keep the customers on the hook" in the first place. Well, nevermind...
  7. Wrong. From the Amazon product page: Conversion != native support. OK? Screw the Kindles.
  8. How is it more convenient to upload multiple files to an Amazon server than to select those files and have them transferred/converted locally? Kindle 2 review on amazon.com: http://www.amazon.com/review/RV0R3AODMRNJZ...odeID=370783011 If I ever should buy an e-book reader it will be one that's manufactured by a company that's not closely tied to an online retailer and supports a couple of file formats like html, pdf, odf, png, jpeg natively.
  9. Amazon actually doesn't have a "lock in" on the device, any more than Apple has one on iPods. Yeah, I won't touch the iPod either. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amazon_Kindle#Criticism
  10. Absolutely not interested in Amazon's customer lock-in.
  11. Had to walk out of Jarmusch's "The Limits of Control" tonight. One of the worst movies I've ever seen.
  12. Because I didn't even start laughing.
  13. I'm sorry, is that Yiddish? No, it's product placement.
  14. Federer's confidence is something else. I know a guy who overheard Federer, just at the beginning of his pro career at that point, telling his friends that he's going to be world number one.
  15. http://www.organissimo.org/forum/index.php?showtopic=52935
  16. The organissimo forum is a free promo tool for Mosaic et al anyway, so why worry about this post?
  17. Roger Federer, 21 consecutive Grand Slam semifinals.
  18. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQthReRcx1U Hopp Roger!
  19. BTW, Roger Federer has now reached 20 consecutive Grand Slam semifinals.
