Han Bennink and Myra Melford apparently having lots of fun... and the recent Vinny Golia release on Dark Tree. What a find. Mark Weber's liner notes reveal that Dark Tree is also working on another release from Vinny Golia's archive, a KPFK radio broadcast he recorded two month earlier with John Carter and Bobby Bradford. Thanks for digging out these treasures, Bertrand, and everyone else involved.

The David S. Ware Quartets - Live in the World Right now listening to "The Way We Were".

It has been mentioned before but its worth repeating: a John Carter Root and Folklore set would be a great addition to the Mosaic catalogue. Its such a shame that 4/5 of these recordings have not been available for a long time.
