liners say this lp is Redd + jazz musicians.....it appears to be a 1972 release so no curtis counce & carl perkins, but who do you thinks on it- i bet theres at least a big dog or two on it- BUT LOOK at the bottom it says "Carls blues" is one of the tunes. wasnt that a track on an old Harold Land album. You think Harold Lands all over this?

also me never too, whoa did we ever figure out who the art director was on these- (lt series) is this a good move for us or a good move for bluenote? Instead of BN audiophile release on a 3rd party label now you get it from BN direct? Glad they got kevin gray in on it. god think if they did a steve hoffman adventures in mastering for one of these. one of you dawgs would fly out to LA for that i know it. Remember that, for a brief period around 2010 steve hoffman acepted aplications to sit in some mastering sessions, incl CSN debut couch lp. They borrowed the master tape from stephen stills and threaded it ip and went to town, afterwards he even bought everybody pizza

the only thing i know w/ soprianiano sax is jethro tull/passion play well my guy i hate to get into a tecnical kenny g argument/convo with you here maybe we should open a backchannel if we wish to discuss this further but prior to lorber, kenny was in the horn sec for a time, in this band-
