I picked it up tonight (well yesterday) and am about halfway through it now. So far, it is really nice in my opinion, mellow and refined. Well worth it and hard to imagine a man in his mid 80's recorded this!

I agree Marla! That Rich set is excellent.. I must say I am really enjoying the Slide Hampton disc as well. I was pleasantly suprised by this disc.

I just received the 3 new singles. I really like them so far!

I'm a little late to this thread, but I really like "The Genius Of The B-3". It's a great album - I need to hear more from him.

I picked this 2 CD Connoisseur set up recently and I do like it. I notice the discs are mislabeled, cd 1 has the contents of cd 2 and vice-versa. I exchanged this at another location than initially purchased, and the same thing - mislabeled! Anyone else have this issue? Thanks, Matt

It was bad enough when they dropped the SACD's. I hope they don't drop the K2's as well, but it is looking that way as others have mentioned.

I just picked this up and am really enjoying it. I was unable to locate the K2 version. However the OJC sounds good to me. Can anyone tell me if the K2 is a worthy upgrade? Thanks
