    During the spring and summer we have about eight or nine of them here but now that winter is approaching they’ve all left except one or two.

    I don’t, maybe once a week recently. Prior to that probably hadn’t smoked in a year or so. The money you lose will increase your heart rate, especially if your wife yells at you. I have never bet.

    Disc 6 recently. Can’t say I was too wild about the strings with Russell Garcia. I would love to get a copy of this but I presume it’s sold out and only available to members, which would make sense if I lived in the LA area.

    I have read that THC can affect the heart (makes your heart beat faster) as well as cause an increase in blood pressure. As the jury is still out whether I have high blood pressure, I’ve forsworn any smoking.

    Yeah, she is trash, with no experience running a news organization like that. Unfathomable that what was once the gold standard in news coverage has come to this.

    In addition to Jim’s comment, Kenny Drew took over Redd’s role. Yes, I’m aware it’s a comp of two different albums. I’m pulling CDs from the shelves that I haven’t listened to in years. Listened to this one the other day.

    I’ve smoked occasionally and never had any issues. Anything done to excess however is not always beneficial.

    It’s poor. As a devoted le Carre reader and Smiley fan of many years, it was a poor imitation of the books. Best to leave it with the creator.

    I didn’t think it was very good. Unfortunately he plans more Smiley books. I doubt I will read any of them.

    Shipping to the US is somewhat problematic. I ordered some vinyl inners and outers from a company in Canada and it was shipped but got stuck at customs. Because packages are only allowed to be there five days it was returned to the supplier who has now te-shipped it.

    I’m not that familiar with Crosby. I listened to some of the audio samples, which were ok but not compelling enough to want to order the set. .

    Zev is no Michael. Zev seems like more of a promoter. Michael more a fan and lover of the music which is not to say that Zev doesn’t like the music but in a different way.

    I had ordered the vinyl when that was the only option but now switched to the cd.

    I hardly buy any new vinyl. Mostly used vinyl.
