another piece of work. rcvd a CD - the kind in the thin cardboard - not even a digipack. seller ships in an A size large office envelope. one little strip of bubble wrap. item shifting around all over. disc is in three pieces - envelope however has NO damage aside from the usual that occurs when something is sent a thousand plus miles. the seller is completely perplexed, his stellar feedback (one third of mine) he says shows that this can't be possible. already has an attitude when calling him on completely imporoper packing. how does one receive return shipping costs for these things or is one of those times I should have paid extra for to insure? regardless the postal service has no issue here really even if it had been insured - what could be done about an item destined for failure. sending it back for a refund and awaiting the chap's smarmy reply. can't wait to drop a big messy one on his neatly trimmed feedback lawn !

crazy, but part of the bankruptcy and was told all product had to get the Sharpie. experienced that last night. no CDs but the clerk slashed thru the barcode on my 40% off Packers Superbowl Sports Illustrated! I was tempted to put it back and take a pristine one on the way out. How stoopid, like I was going to return it!? My other periodicals had stickers with the bar-codes so no harm. Funny that folks were picking up 20% off books by the arm load when the Border's killer Amazon has them for another 20% cheaper still.

not derailed at all ... Mapplethorpe was alternatively ahead of his time re:colonoscopies. -
the only good use is that a left clik on a playing song provides a drop down link back to the iTunes store via artist, title, album, genre - if you ever cross reference that way.

had no idea this went OOP! still have one extra from a stack I bought via yourmusic long ago. this is one of those that I handed out like a good six pack. http://www.organissi...?showtopic=5164 -
I had recently read good things about that "rain" set. and the site recommends Comply Foam Tips which are a good addition to ear canal phones that can accommodate them. Stefan Wood: how much sound bleed to surrounding parties on the iGrados ?, I've been using my Denon in-ears in an office and they start to hurt so going to the old fashioned style might be best.

yes ... my coolest tangible is the sole remainder of a pair of GB half helmets that fit on the front hub of the Schwinn. saved up many a box top as I recall. still have all my electric football men that I painted w/ Testor's for each team after tossing the tin field. the Redskins helmet was a pain! -

Nice! thank you. set up my own little shrine of childhood Packer memorabilia in front to the telly yesterday and it paid off! I had that exact pennant when I was a kid. -
just listened to some of the "Lulus" whilst commuting. nicely adds to the cacophony of the ride. http://www.youtube.c...h?v=UxyfF7QxDuo

last eve i drunk a pbr, so it must be hopelessly out of fashion. I had a draught PBR a couple nights ago as the wallet was tight and the keg musta been dead but you really can't send back a PBR for tasting a bit off now, can you? Freekin' made Corona seem like beer. OTOH I had some tap Oskar Blues Old Chub the weekend before and it was outstanding!!! I need more!!!:tup

It is truly a lifestyle change and going backwards is most painful. I've just begun a new in-house contract gig and am attempting to use PS CS5 - a jump of five upgrades for me - on a Dell laptop. Having only used a PC based system briefly in the past this new arrangement is not quite a friendly experience. There is soooo much crap to have to look at with every which way I try to do the same actions that I'm used to doing naturally on the Mac. It's well beyond a learning curve in reverse. I'm tempted to buy my own MacBook or MB Pro and haul it around as productivity suffers greatly in the PC world. I'm curious what the new refreshes will offer in the upcoming months.? -

Sorry to hear as well. Have not been in quite some time but will try to get down soon. Most of all I enjoyed listening in on the banter while perusing - something sadly gone in our post "High Fidelity" world. Best of luck. -

Yeah, it's totally stupid. For $10 less you can get Uranium Ore. http://www.amazon.co...95879041&sr=8-2 and they've got a nice cross-sell for Threadgill fans. -

Agreed it was arrogant but the subtlety of his commentary on the narcolepsy of a cocky Pats team was not unnoticed. Belly getting out-coached by the bigger belly must taste really bad today. But as Bill said in his most Lombardi-Berra-esque wit and wisdom apres game: "...we gave up too many points and didn't score enough" just about sums it up. Go Packers!
