Just got informed that one of the most legendary European homes of jazz has shut down because of Covid-19. Jazzhus Montmartre in Copenhagen was a cosy jazz venue hosting legendary concerts by Dexter Gordon, Stan Getz and Chet Baker among others. Listen to his album "All the the things you are" (Bridge) how he plays modern classical pieces and jazz standards like the title and "The man I love" - most fascinating. And when he plays Bachs Chaconne you want to kneel down. RIP, Leon Fleisher..
