not that bad a cover, I think (but certainly not one of the best...)
Regarding Landslide, it's sort of a patchwork with a few good moments, but not at all a good album... Tommy Turrentine, whom I like quite a bit, is pretty weak on his date, and there's hardly a weirder rhythm section on any DG date than Sir Charles Thompson, Al Lucas and Willie Bobo... The date with Dave Burns isn't closely as successful as the soon-to-follow quartet dates with pee-pee Warren replacing Ron Carter. But then again, I like the whole Dexter Gordon box quite a lot and there's nothing *really* bad in it, in my opinion (my favourites are "Doin' Alright" and "Our Man in Paris").
