Getting the rest of my CDs has spurred me to finally listen to volume 1. Unfortunately the last two tracks on the second disc (To The Great House & Lift Every Voice) skip. I've moved house since I ripped the disc and have no idea where it is so can't check if the problem was just with the initial rip. I don't suppose anyone who has volume one could send me lossless copies of those two tracks? Thanks Denis

Mine was delivered by Royal Mail, without a customs bill, and in my experience they only ever bill in advance for customs so if it was delivered without a dreaded grey slip then you should be ok.

No, that is the US Rough Trade store. The last time I checked the UK RSD list, this was only listed on cd.
