    I can't see evidence in this lo-res pic that's it's fake. The chess guys have better things to do than faking pictures... Conclusion: yes, I can believe this is a real picture.

    Just to make sure... when installing the ASPI driver, did you run install.bat with the proper parameter (for instance XP32 for Windows XP)? If you're using Windows XP then try this (Microsoft Knowledge Base).

    If you're on Windows XP, NT, 2000, Me, 98 the answer is yes. If you're following the instructions (and it was an ASPI problem) from the download site your drive should appear again.

    It's most likely an ASPI Layer issue. Look here.

    Those of you with the drive problems, download the ASPI driver and copy it to the Nero folder. If the link doesn't work try this one.
