Hey, what do you mean by that. I know jazz. I have a huge Kenny G collection.

Now who in their right mind would use this photo as an album cover? Whoever put out that record should be severely reprimanded.

Don't pull me or chris into this. All we posted were flowers and puppies. Greg on the otherhand posts dead babies and personal insults. Ban greg is what I say. -
First Lou Pinella leaves Seattle because they refuse to make trades and/or add salary to do what it takes to win the World Series. Now, after doing nothing at the trade deadline, Jeff Nelson opens his mouth to gripe and he’s shipped off to the Yankees faster than you can say “The Mariners Management Sucks”. What, they couldn’t do a trade before the deadline, but once someone speaks up ad calls them on their bullshit, they can pull off a deal where all players have to clear waivers and such. This is some lame shit.

It don't matter who comes out of the National league. The Mariners, Yankees, or Red Sox will beat any team from the senior circuit. It's a weak league. The only thing they got goin' for em is they don't have the DH. GO M's!!!!! Greg, Pac Bell Cove sure looks nice. I'm jealous.

Thanks again all. I'm really looking forward to my vacation. Haven't taken a break for over a year! Unfortubately it doesn't look like a whole lot is happening club wise when I'm there. Maybe I'll try and catch Cedar Walton. Anybody know who's in his band now?
-
Thanks Mule. That link is very helpful.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. Any jazz happening during this time? What are the clubs to hit? I'm staying in Venice Beach. Anything I should know about this area?
-
So mny, what's shakin' in LA?

Anybody know what's happening in LA during that week? What are some of the best places to eat? What are the best jazz clubs? Which sights should I not miss? Should I pay greg a visit? - Greg, can you put me, my wife and our two dogs up for a few weeks? I promise not to use Sharon's name in vane.

Masturbating Lowers Prostate Cancer Risk - Study LONDON (Reuters) - Frequent masturbation, particularly in the 20s, helps prevent prostate cancer later in life, according to new research. Australian scientists have shown that the more men masturbate between the ages of 20 and 50, the less likely they are to develop the disease that kills more than half a million men each year. They suspect that frequent ejaculation has a protective effect against the cancer because it prevents dangerous carcinogens from building up in the gland. "The more you flush the ducts out, the less there is to hang around and damage the cells that line them," Graham Giles, of the Cancer Council Victoria in Melbourne, told New Scientist magazine on Wednesday. In a survey of 1,079 prostate cancer patients and 1,259 healthy men, Giles and his team discovered that men who ejaculated more than five times a week in their 20s were a third less likely to develop an aggressive form of the disease. The findings contradict previous studies which suggested that having a variety of partners or frequent sexual activity could increase the risk of prostate cancer by 40 percent. But Giles said the earlier research concentrated on intercourse, whereas his study focused on masturbation. Infections caused by sexual activity could account for the different findings. "Men have many ways of using their prostate which don't involve women or other men," he added.

Joe Christmas and I were at the show in Seattle last night and you guys got it all wrong with the hand signals. Joe and I figured it out. If he scratched his head (which I will represent with a (t) then put up his index finger represented by (y) while he was holding his clarinet in his left hand (f1) [right hand would be (f2) of course], then Dave Rempis would create low register multiphonics (*) while Kent Kessler play pizzicato accents (v). In this way many variable can be created allowing syncratic systems to develop. Example: x = f1(t) = v * t y = f2(t) = sin(t) abs(sin(t)) c * abs(sin(t)) Simple really.

Welcome back catesta. Place wasn't the same without ya'. And that's not necessarily a bad thing

Don't buy it, just rent it from the video store. My wife and I did that and we went on a week long Six Feet Under binge. 15 one-hour episodes in one week! We were watching three and four at a time! They are addictive boy. Probably the best writing and acting in a television series I've ever seen. They should be coming out with season 2 on DVD soon.
