Downloaded it about an hour ago and have now listened to the first 6 tracks on disc 2. It's very nice music......'Toothsome Threesome' is an excellent bluesy number. Philly Joe seems to get a pretty good workout on some of these tracks. Sound is a bit on the 'brite' side but that's probably due to the fact that I'm listening through the PC rather than the main system.

Speaking of that: would someone please provide us an update re: these Mosaic sales? Not to re-open an old wound, but I'd like to know things ended up and there's no sense starting up some new thread.

I dunno....the thing about Theismann is that he seems to be one of these guys who's not pre-disposed toward mouthing cheerleader lines at every turn and'll regularly say: 'hey, that was not a good move'. His equivalent in the golf world is Johnny Miller. While the herd is out there jumping all over the 3-wood that landed on the green, spun off a trap lip and wound up 2 feet from the pin, with a collective 'OOoooooo, what a spectacular shot!!', Miller says 'Ya know, I question that club selection....had he not caught that lip he could have easily skipped over that dry green and into the pond. He should have used a low iron and come in around the front of the green and then......". Theismann's got that goin' on too.

Does that mean we're finally rid of Hank Williams, Jr?? Excellent!! Now if they'd just get rid of domed stadiums and ditch all the Johnny-come-lately teams (Texans, Jaguars, Panthers, Titans) we'd be moving in the right direction!!

And some pizza and/or hot wings, please. The gifts of food would be most appreciated. One of the times Soulstation1 was visiting, I forced him to organize my RVGs while I watched. Did he ask you if you'd cracked open your Turrentine Mosaic box yet? (I still haven't) B-)

16 was indeed sweet....but overall, I think DiMarco outplayed him and should have been able to take it. That ball rolling back on the seventh green due to vibrations a 30-45 secs after it had touched down was just insane. I love listening to these fawning announcers. Woods lands it 30 feet from the flag on 12 and one of the toadies gives us a hearty "Bullseye!!". Dimarco gets a "Very Good!" for dropping in a foot from the pin on 14.

At least you can hunker down & watch re-runs of Tiger putting off the green. B-)

Same here......and just 5 minutes ago about same window opened, one after the other in rapid succession, about 20 times over, so I restarted the system. edit: Comcast here as well.

I agree......and can honestly say that, were I commanded to trash all but 20 cds, these five would remain. I'm actually amazed that the Japanese have yet to spin out a nice looking re-mastered box set.
