Pric reduced.  For sale is the excellent and very rare: Parasound P/LD 1500 preamp $425 cash only Local pick-up only in Amsterdam, NY (near Albany) Also see package deals below. The P/LD 1500 pre is the immediate precursor to the P/LD 2000 pre. It is also a John Curl-designed preamp. The 1500 model is in between the P/LD 1100 and P/LD 2000. Unlike the better-known P/LD 2000 and P/LD 1100 preamps, there is not much information online about the P/LD 1500. But the few articles and reviews that are out there all praise it for its sound as well as its build. It is just a small step below the P/LD 2000, and many steps above the P/LD 1100, in both regards. It is in Very Good cosmetic condition and excellent working condition. It is a fantastic sounding preamp. I had this paired with my Parasound HCA 1500A power amp and it was a match made in audio heaven. Pics available upon request. The PSB Stratus model was the precursor to the PSB Bronze, Silver, and Gold models. These are excellent sounding speakers. They are in excellent working condition and Very Good cosmetic condition. The piano black finish definitely shows any superficial scratches or swirls but overall this is a very nice pair. I bought these approx. 8 years ago and have only used them sparingly in a secondary system since that time. I am only asking $165 for these, which is $135 less than I paid for them myself 8 years ago (and that was a great bargain at that time). I would like to give someone a great deal as I have too many speakers and these are just sitting around. Someone will be getting a great pair of speakers at a bargain price. This is my way to give back to the audiophile community, which has helped me a lot on my audio journey over the years. These are large and heavy tower speakers and shipping is not an option. Not a big Dylan fan either, but it’s a great ‘film’ rather than a documentary. It has a pace to it, that you forget it’s over 2 hours. The cinematography is brilliant. You really feel you are in Greenwich Village or at the Newport folk festival in the early ‘60s.

Have you heard the sublingual whispers that the Hunts are contemplating using the "ok, KC. fine then, you don't build us a new stadium, we'll just move our Chiefs back to Dallas" tactic? The mind boggles...
